Yes, fitness is very important for your memory and brain. Eat healthy food and do exercise daily will keep you active and sharp. Take proper intake of protein, calcium, carbohydrate, and good fat. You can also have protein bars/candies. Diet is very important with exercise because what you eat today will help you in the future.
